Wednesday Partner Play at Alpine Courts will open up for registration on the Friday before the event 12:00:01 am. There are 4 courts set aside for this session. There will be an availability of 7 teams to register and 1 team is reserved for the captains. There will be a waiting list if the session is full.

*** Important*** Only one team member needs to register. As well, please ensure to cancel your registration if you are unable to attend the session.

PLEASE NOTE THAT MEMBERS MUST BE AT THE COURTS and signed in TEN MINUTES BEFORE PLAY STARTS. Latecomers will not be accommodated.

Registrants who do not cancel their registration 12 hours ahead of play or who do not check-in on time, on two occasions will be deemed a "no show" and denied the privilege of registering in this weekly play event for the remainder of the season. Late cancellations and no shows create a lot of work for the organizers. They also result in other members missing an opportunity to play.
