Monday Partner Play at Alpine Courts will open up for registration on the Friday before the event 12:00:01 am. There are 10 courts set aside for this session. There will be an availability of 18 teams to register and 2 team are reserved for the captains. There will be a waiting list if the session is full.
*** Important*** Only one team member needs to register. As well, please ensure to cancel your registration if you are unable to attend the session.
PLEASE NOTE THAT MEMBERS MUST BE AT THE COURTS TEN MINUTES BEFORE PLAY STARTS. IF MEMBERS SHOW UP WHEN PLAY IS ORGANISED THEY WILL LOSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PLAY.

How to cancel your partner play registration
· Log into the SAPC website.
· Click on the event in the calendar. It will take you to the event description page.
· On the left side the event description it will have the words in red "Already Registered". Click on this link.
· On the next screen click on "Cancel Registration". You will get a pop up that will ask you, "Are you sure you want to cancel your registration?" Click on "Cancel Registration."
You will receive an email confirming your cancelled registration.
Alpine courts 1-4 and 7-12 are reserved, commencing at 5:30 pm, for those who have registered for the play that week, starting at 6 pm, for the 3.5 DUPR Play Shootouts.
This 5:30 to 6:00 pm time allows for play warmup.
See that 6 pm event for more details and for the check-in times. NO LATE CHECK-INS. (The check-in interval ENDS 15 minutes before start of play to allow captains time to adjust score sheets and court assignments based on no-shows, make announcements, etc.)
Check-in time is 5:30 to 5:45 PM. Check in at our Alpine storage room outside the courts. To keep on schedule and avoid delays for all, no late check-ins will be allowed.
Play starts by 6:00 PM.
This shootout is open to SAPC members who already have a club rating of 3.5. Register in advance to reserve a spot. Registrations open at random times on the Thursday before this particular session. Registration opening will coincide with email invitations sent to all qualifying members who subscribe to club event announcements.
If this session is full, please add your name to the automated wait list. If on the waitlist, watch your email for a subsequent reservation confirmation. You could be promoted off the waitlist as late as 3 hours before play time.
If you cannot attend after registering, please cancel your own registration using the "How do I cancel a reservation?" process specified at Reserved Play.* (click the link* to go to that webpage).This process can be used for cancellations up to 2:30 pm game day.
Registrants who do not cancel their registration before 2:30 and who do not check in on time, on two occasions, will be denied the privilege of registering in this weekly play event for the remainder of the season. (It is unfortunate that we have to do this, but "no shows" have been a regular occurrence in the past. This results in other members missing an opportunity to play. Please be on time or cancel on time.)
The fee is 1 sticker payable at the event. Stickers must be purchased in advance. (Store)
Pre-game warm up courts are available for registrants as posted in the calendar.
