DUPR Play Thursday - May 7 (2026-05-07)

This DUPR play session is open to SAPC members who have a DUPR rating, on a first come, first serve basis. Register to reserve one of the spots available. Registration opens at a random time on the Friday before this session, and closes two days before this session. Registration opening will coincide with email invitations sent to all qualifying members who subscribe to club event announcements. The fee is 2 stickers payable at the event. Stickers must be purchased in advance. (Store)

Check-in time is 5:45 to 6:00 PM. The check-in location is at the table outside of the Alpine storage room. To keep on schedule and avoid delays, no late check-ins, no walk-ins & no substitutions will be allowed.

Play starts by 6:15 PM.

Before registering for this event, you must 1. Have a DUPR profile with a rating >0.0; and 2. You must join SAPC on DUPR. See the SAPC DUPR Play FAQ for more info.

If this session is full, you can click the Join Waitlist button. Please click the box under PUBLIC LIST OF EVENT REGISTRANTS to include your name in list of event registrants. Be prepared to play! If you are on the waitlist, you are responsible for watching your email in the event you are promoted to registered player. You could be promoted off the waitlist as late as 11:00 am the day before the session.

If you cannot attend after registering, you must cancel your own registration ASAP using the "How do I cancel a reservation?" process specified at this Reserved Play link. This process can be used for cancellations up to two days prior to the session. You are permitted 4 cancellations this season. If you are on the waitlist and are no longer available to play, you must also cancel yourself from the list in the same fashion, at least two days before the session. Currently, there is no limit for waitlist cancellations.

Registrants who do not cancel their registration 2 days before or who do not check-in on time, on two occasions, will be deemed a ‘no-show’ and denied the privilege of registering in this weekly play event for the remainder of the season. Late cancelations and no-shows create a lot of work for the organizers. They also result in other members missing an opportunity to play. Registered players who have cancelled 4 times will also be denied registering for the remainder of the season.

Pre-game warm up courts are available for registrants as posted in the calendar. Please bring your own balls.

Notes:

Available to all FEMALE members of the SAPC club with a rating of 3.5 or above.
Price $46.20 for the series ($11.55/session), including GST, paid online at time of reservation. (There are up to 4 courts and capped at 16).
We will continue with this series event play if we get a minimum of 8. If the series does not fill (minimum of 8), it will be cancelled and payments will be refunded.
Member cancellations are not allowed after payment, but members may sell or transfer sessions to another qualifying member.
To be clear: refunds will be made if the club cancels, but not for a requested member cancellation.
One of the successful registrants will be asked to captain and can lead the organization of the round robin play.
If you are registered but unable to attend one session, please find a substitute member to take your place for that one session. Substitutions are allowed as we must keep the courts filled to ensure continual play for all
There are 3 beautiful courts we can access for registration.

· Click on the event in the calendar. It will take you to the event description page.

· On the left side the event description it will have the words in red "Already Registered". Click on this link.

· On the next screen click on "Cancel Registration". You will get a pop up that will ask you, "Are you sure you want to cancel your registration?" Click on "Cancel Registration."

You will receive an email confirming your cancelled registration.
