The Alpine courts that will be used for this evening's DUPR Play are reserved, commencing at 5:30 pm, for those who have registered for that play.
This 5:30 to 6:00 pm time allows for play warmup, prior to the official DUPR Play start at 6:00 pm.
See the 6 pm event for the check-in times, courts assigned, and other details.
NO LATE CHECK-INS. (The check-in interval ENDS 15 minutes before start of play to allow captains time to adjust score sheets and court assignments based on no-shows, make announcements, etc.)
Check-in time is 5:30 to 5:45 PM. Check in / sign-in location is at the table outside of the Alpine storage room. To keep on schedule and avoid delays for all, no late check-ins will be allowed.
Play starts by 6:00 PM.
NEW: This shootout is open to SAPC members who have a DUPR rating on a first come-first serve basis. Register in advance to reserve one of the 28 spots available. Registrations open at random times on the Tuesday before this particular session. Registration opening will coincide with email invitations sent to all qualifying members who subscribe to club event announcements.
If this session is full, please add your name to the automated wait list. If on the waitlist, watch your email for a subsequent reservation confirmation. You could be promoted off the waitlist as late as 3 hours before play time.
If you cannot attend after registering, please cancel your own registration using the "How do I cancel a reservation?" process specified at Reserved Play.* (click the link* to go to that webpage). This process can be used for cancellations up to 2:30 pm game day.
Registrants who do not cancel their registration before 2:30 and who do not check in on time, on two occasions, will be denied the privilege of registering in this weekly play event for the remainder of the season. (It is unfortunate that we have to do this, but "no shows" have been a regular occurrence in the past. This results in other members missing an opportunity to play. Please be on time or cancel on time.)
The fee is 1 sticker payable at the event. Stickers must be purchased in advance. (Store)
Pre-game warm up courts are available for registrants as posted in the calendar.
No walk-ins or substitutes.
