Pre-AGM (Practice for Annual General Meeting)

This is a practice video-conferencing session, held for all members who wish to attend our AGM on June 9.  All members are invited to attend this pre-AGM to test your computer connection and practice a bit with the video-conferencing software.  Here are the key dates:

Pre-AGM

1. May 12 - press the "Register" button in your email invitation or go the Meetings Calendar on our website, click on the May 26 event, and register for the Pre-AGM. Upon registration you will receive an email with a link allowing you to connect to the meeting on May 26. SAVE THIS REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION email. Registrations close May 24.
2. May 12 - read the Guide for Online Participation on the Meetings page under the Club Mgmt menu. Follow the Guide's instructions for pre-installing the video-conferencing software.
3. May 26, 5:50 pm: connect to the pre-AGM using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.

1. May 27:  go the Meetings Calendar on our website, click on the June 9 event, and register for the AGM. Upon registration you will receive a link allowing you to connect to the meeting. SAVE THIS REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION email. Registrations close June 7.
2. May 27: Review material posted for the AGM on the Meetings page of our website.
3. June 9, 5:50 pm: connect to the AGM using the link provided in your registration confirmation email.
